first of all i have to thank you for having this forum to voice opinions. alot of us in this time of turmoil, and i am not talking about the economy, need an outlet. i dont know how many more times i can kick my cat before it stops coming back.
first the firerrod.com, now this. wow. being a football player i kind of went through the same thing in high school. we had a really sucky team, and coaching staff. but as a player on the team i alway took responsibility for our performance. alot of people on the outside wanted to blame coach, but i always came back with well you know we still had to execute the play. even if it was a shitty call, dive play on 3rd and 8, we still had to execute. and when he called good play we still had to execute. yeah these kids are young, but they are having a hard time executing simple plays. and you cant blame a coach for lack of motivation. everyone wants to say the coach has to get the players motivated, thats crap. if a player is waiting for someone to motivate them, why the hell are they even there. that was the other thing i saw, a lack of motivated players. i believe rich is giving 100%, the players just arent getting it and it is going to take time. rich rod gets a free pass this year, as long as he understands…..thats right, repeat after me….this will never happen again.
and then this clemson crap. why does something like this even need to be brought up in the media. Lame.
