Fifteen pounds of catfish was fried up Cajun style and served to a very large crew of bead adorned tailgaters on Saturday.  Multiple jambalayas, cheesy potatoes…etc, etc.  Great stuff.  Thanks to all of our participants and to those who dropped a donation in the bucket.

Things went off without a hitch on Saturday…at least from a tailgating perspective, and the spread of food made the tables look like a Chinese Buffet.  And I love myself a Chinese Buffet.

It’s our first run at an Asian theme, and preliminary indications are that we will be at least having fried rice, spicy pork stir fry, Japanese dumplings, egg rolls, and soy sauce chicken.
