What's Up This Weekend?

Pretty quiet around here this weekend, as hoops is the only event on campus...

Friday:

• Bowling Green is hosting Michigan Hockey this weekend, and YostBuilt has a preview.  Of note, BGSU has lost their last 4.
• Men's and Women's track are at the Big Ten Championships....which are in Lincoln, Nebraska.  The Gopher's men's team is trying to make up for the MSU game by winning a 4th straight title.  Who knew people from Minny could run?

Saturday:

• Bowling Green, round 2
• Michigan Basketball takes on Purdue in the final home game of the season, and the final home game for Stu and Zack.

Sunday:

• Recover from your hangover

What's Up This Weekend?

2/17-2/19/2012

Friday:

• The Women's Gymastics Team hosts #1 Utah at the Crisler Center at 6pm.
• Coming off a sweep of BGSU last weekend, #19 Northern Michigan visits Yost at 7:30pm.

Saturday:

• Gonna be a crazy day in Ann Arbor on Saturday...plan ahead for parking if you are coming to town.
• Doors at Crisler open at 7:30am for ESPN College Gameday, their first basketball trip to Ann Arbor.  Live shots for Sportscenter will occur between 9 and 10am, ESPNU picks up the action at 10am, and ESPN takes over at 11am.
• #19 Northern Michigan completes the series with the Michigan Hockey Team at 5:05pm.
• 13 1/2 hours after the doors open, the game will be played.  #6 Ohio State comes to Crisler in an attempt to avoid the first "just like football" chant we've heard in these parts in some time.  Eleven Warriors did a Q&A with Ace Anbender of MGoBlog previewing the matchup.
